Federico Pierre is an Agronomist with a specialization in Geotechnical Engineering, since 1981. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Science in 1993. He holds a Ph.D. in Teaching and Research. The Atty. Pierre has worked in public and private institutions. He has been a legal counsel to embassies in the Republic of Panama. He specializes in agronomic issues and has been a speaker at conferences and seminars around the world on topics related to Phytosanitary Control. Some of his publications are: Evaluation of Organic Fertilizer Combined Fertilization (chicken) with Chemical Fertilizer (Nitrogen and Phosphate) in Tomato Bureau, Agriculture and Ecological Design Standards for Protective Balance, Brief Considerations and Variability In Temperature and Precipitation in The City of Santiago, Veraguas, as elements of climate variability indicators and Diagnosis of laws for the development of regulations to cleaner production in the primary sector of the economy.
